Julie Alexander opened her own practice in 2001, after working at two local law firms handling business and commercial litigation cases. Coming from a background where she saw businesses fall apart over preventable problems, she opted to focus her practice on the goal of helping businesses avoid costly and time consuming mistakes, with the implementation of well drafted contracts and proper entity structures.
